- Delivery will take place any time between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). Capsules in stock are normally delivered within 5 working days. ( There is currently a temporary two week delay in delivery of the Commemoration capsules ) Time Capsules UK Limited reserves the right to decline deliveries that are not registered to the card holder’s address. Time Capsules UK Limited is not liable for delays in performance (incl. delivery or service) caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control and will be entitled to a time extension for performance: examples include strikes, supplier/production problems, non-deliveries and wrong delivery. You must inspect goods thoroughly before signing for delivery. When signing for a delivery, you accept that the goods have been received in good condition and correctly. If items are damaged on delivery you should not accept them, let the courier return them to Time Capsules UK Limited. You should never sign a delivery as 'unchecked'. If a delivery would normally fall over the Christmas, Easter or Bank Holiday shutdown periods, the delivery period may be extended to a later date. We endeavour to deliver all goods on time; however delays are possible so please do not book your contractor until goods have been safely received complete and in good condition.

- Privacy & Security
- At Time Capsules UK Limited we know how important it is to protect your personal information. When you are shopping with us we want to keep every customer safe and secure. Your privacy is important to us. Therefore, we do not distribute any personal information supplied by our customers. To deliver your order, your name, address and phone number (only) may be provided to our delivery or courier services. No other information is provided.
- Making a Purchase
- To make a purchase, click on the item(s) that you wish to buy to add to your shopping basket. When you have selected all the items you wish to buy, click on "Checkout" to pay for your goods. In the event of a pricing error on the website, Time Capsules UK Limited will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price. Once your order has been placed, you will be contacted via email within 48 hours with confirmation of a delivery date.
- Online Payment Security
- Your card payment is taken and processed securely. All Credit and Debit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any web site, nor are they ever seen by Time Capsules UK Limited. All of our payments are processed by WorldPay. WorldPay is the union of Protx, the fastest growing payment service provider (PSP) and WorldPay, one of the UK’s most trusted business brands. All transaction information passed between merchant sites and WorldPay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and you can be completely assured that nothing you pass to WorldPay’s servers can be examined, used or modified.
- Returns & Replacements
- As a consumer you may cancel your purchase within 7 days of receipt and receive a refund of the price paid. To do this you must give us notice in writing by e-mail and return the goods within 30 days of notifying us. A refund will be issued after the goods are received back to our warehouse. If goods are ordered in error and a replacement is required a re-stocking fee may be charged. All goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them and at your own cost and risk. Any statutory rights are unaffected by this agreement.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- While every effort is made to absorb price changes, we are unable to guarantee prices published online will not change at any time. For orders made from the UK, VAT at 20% is added.
- Guarantee
- The materials used in the manufacture of the Time capsules are designed to withstand the rigours of being deposited underground and the test of time. No warranty is given for the safety or loss of any items stored within a Time Capsule as this is outside the control of the company.
